Getting Started¶

To get started using Components & Layouts, download the latest version of C&L Module.

Add Module to Store¶

Steps:

1. Go to Settings • Domain Settings • Modules • Add Module.

2. Upload tgcomponents.mvc file and click Add.

3. Go to Settings • Modules.

4. Search Components & Layouts.

5. Click Install.

By default this should be created. If you do not see the item tgcomponent in your items list, follow the following steps:

Steps:

1. Go to User Interface.

2. Click Items tab.

3. Click Add Item.

4. Set the code to tgcomponent.

5. Set the module to TGCOMPONENTS and click Add.

6. Assign this item to any page where you're going to call the item.

Steps:

1. Click to Download XML files

2. Go to Settings • Data Management.

3. Click Import Data and Settings in XML Provisioning Format.

4. Upload Components, Layouts, & Provisioning XML files in that order.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings • Utilities + • Components and Layouts

2. Check layout box and click View/Edit Layout.

You can now view all your components & layouts and add/edit components on different layouts.
